Terms of service

This order desk is a best-effort club site. Club members ask the station to print a model. The station does that work when someone is available. There is no promise of a date, a particular finish, or that the site will be up.

Orders

An order is a request. The station may accept it, ask a question, change it, or decline it. A finished print is handed off as the station is able. The club is not selling a product. A donation toward filament is optional, and a donation is not a price for a print.

Your information

We ask for a call sign, a phone number, and an email address. The email can be left blank. By using the desk you agree that your information is handled as the privacy policy says. Your information is not sold. The call sign, phone, and email are used for your ordering and for notices about those orders, including a notice when a print is completed. They are not used for anything else.

Requesting access on the enrollment page requires a checkbox you select yourself. That agrees to text messages from KB1FYZ: a sign-in code, a notice when the request is approved, and order notices only if you turn those on after sign-in. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. The enrollment page and the account page each have a form that stops order texts and the approval text for a phone number. The station will not be able to contact that number about orders. Submitting the account form names any orders still open on that account. When the number is the phone saved on the account, those orders are named before the texts stop. Continuing at sign-in agrees to a sign-in code. Notices beyond that code are the choices on your account page. A text sent to the station number is kept with your chat or your order. Sign-in codes still use the phone.

The account and the models

You are responsible for the call sign, the phone number, and the email address on the account. Use the desk for club orders. Models on the desk may belong to their designers, and a print follows the license shown on the model.

The station may close a sign-in. These terms are this page. Using the desk after this page changes is agreement to the page as it reads then.
