Privacy policy
This order desk is a best-effort club site. Club members ask the station to print a model, and the station runs the desk when someone is available.

What we keep
We ask for the call sign, the phone number used for texts, and an email address. The email can be left blank. We also keep a name or nickname when we have one. We keep the orders you place, including the model, filament, quantity, and notes, and the messages you send the station about those orders.
What we use it for
We use the call sign, the phone, and the email for your orders, and for notices about those orders. That includes a notice when a print is completed. A sign-in code is texted to the phone on file so you can reach the desk. If you turn on order notices, we also text you when an order changes or a new message arrives. Your phone vendor delivers those texts. Message and data rates may apply.
Your information is not sold. It is not used for advertising, and it is not used for anything other than your ordering and those notices.
Who can see it
The station operators who run the desk can see the call sign, phone, email, and orders so they can print them and send the notices. You can see your own orders. The service that sends a text sees the phone number and the message, so the notice can be delivered. A call-sign listing may supply the name shown on the board.
The desk keeps a short record that a call sign signed in. That record does not keep the phone number or the sign-in code. A cookie in this browser keeps you signed in to the order desk. It is there so the desk knows it is you.
Notices you can turn off
The enrollment form asks you to check a box before the request is saved. That box is unchecked until you check it. It agrees to a sign-in code, a text when the request is approved, and order notices only if you turn those on later. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. The enrollment page and the account page each have a form that stops order texts and the approval text for a phone number. The station will not be able to contact that number about orders. Sign-in codes still go to the phone on file so the desk can be opened. Submitting the account form names any orders still open on that account. When the number is the phone saved on the account, those orders are named before the texts stop. Order notices are also turned on or off from the account page. A text you send the station number is kept with your chat or your order. Ask the station on the desk if you want the record of an order looked at.
